WSOP Satellite

One of my local casinos has been holding WSOP Satellites. They have weekly Wednesday tournament's, and a Sunday tournament once per month.
Along with the cash payout, each player is given points. Top 45 point holders, plus those who place 1st in each of the Sunday tournament's go on to the final tournament, winner of that getting a trip to the WSOP.
I wouldn't say I have done extremely well, but I have been slowly advancing. Actually making it to the final table during one of the Wednesday tourney, just out of the money, but into the points.

Well, in today's Sunday tourney, all my hard work has finally paid off...

I made it into the PPM IV Semi's!

One of the very first televised Poker tournements I saw was the PartyPoker Million, and was one of the very first things that peaked my interest in Poker.
Shortly after vieweing this, I signed up on PartyPoker.com and played mostly for play money, learning the game.
One of my very first goals was to someday play on that Cruise Ship that really started my poker interest.
Well, I finally made the first major step toward that goal. Today, I won a seat into Sundays PPM IV Semi Finals tourney, the final one, in a Single Table NLHE Qualifier today. It was a VERY tough table, and some great competition.
The Tournament occurs during a 7 day luxury cruise, the same week as my 1 year Poker anniversary, and my 31st birthday.
That would be one hell of a way to celebrate both now wouldn't it.
